Cindy Jacobs, Broker/Owner, GRI

Cindy has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland since 1985. In 1988 she began specializing in the property management field. In 1995 Cindy became a Maryland Real Estate Broker. Cindy's commitment to excellence can be seen in her ongoing education and her involvement with organizations related to property management. Cindy is a "hands-on" owner, she takes pride is developing relationships will all owner's and tenant's. She meets with all potential owners to go over the process of renting out their home and takes time to answer any questions they may have. Cindy personally conducts all inspections of the rental property's to ensure they are being cared for properly. She oversees the day to day operation of Maryland Residential Management Company. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her granddaughter.   

Nancy Puhalla, Office Manager
 
Nancy has been with Maryland Residential Management Company since 2005.  She oversees the day to day operations of the office.  Her expertise in office management, organizational skills and customer service skills are a real asset to our company.  Nancy meets with new tenants, collects rents, prepares leases and is the liaison between owners and tenants. Nancy has 3 children (one of which is also a co-worker at Maryland Residential Management Company), 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  Being a Pittsburgh native, she is a huge Steelers fan! 

Allison Puhalla, Property Manager 

Allison has been with Maryland Residential Management Company since 2010.  She comes to us with Real Estate experience being a licensed agent since 2005.  Allison handles the maintenance department, coordinating and overseeing all repairs.  She is the direct contact for tenants if an issue should arise at the home they are renting.  Allison handles all marketing and advertising at Maryland Residential Management Company.  She also assists with the day to day operations of the office.  She has brought new and creative ideas to our company.  In her spare time, Allison loves being an Aunt to her nieces and nephews and a "Mommy" to her yorkie puppy!  She also enjoys traveling. 




  

Jake, Office Security

Jake serves as our "Golden Retriever Security" at the office.  His loyal dedication and commitment to providing the best security services to our office clearly sets him apart from the rest.  He works for dog bones!  Jake is Cindy's Golden Retriever who is really a huge teddy bear.  Most tenants look forward to paying their rent each month so they can get a visit in with Jake.  Don't worry, if you are not a dog lover, Jake has very good manners and will not bother you.  Jake enjoys swimming and going to the dog park.
